1. Acceptance and permitted use
By using this website, you agree to these terms. You may use it to evaluate SGF products, applications, technical resources and project enquiries. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or submit unlawful material.
2. General information, not structural design
Website content is educational and commercial information only. It is not a structural design, engineering approval, bar schedule, method statement, certification decision or instruction to substitute GFRP for steel. The responsible qualified engineer must determine suitability using current product data, applicable standards, approvals, exposure and project conditions.
3. Calculator and material-decision tools
Calculator outputs are editable scenario estimates based on user-entered assumptions. They are not guaranteed savings, prices, quantities, service life or engineering equivalence.
4. Website assistant
The assistant selects responses from approved SGF website knowledge inside your browser. It is not generative AI, does not understand every possible question and may provide an incomplete response. It does not override drawings, specifications, test documents, formal quotations or professional advice.
5. Enquiries and WhatsApp
The enquiry form prepares a message for WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you review and send it there. A website or WhatsApp enquiry does not create an order or obligation to supply. Product scope, values, documentation, taxes, freight, programme, warranty and payment terms apply only when stated in an authorised written quotation or contract.
6. Certificates and test documents
Every certificate or test document must be read within its stated holder, sample, method, date and scope. A company or laboratory credential does not automatically certify every product or project. The supplied Credific Ventures Pvt. Ltd./RebarX documents must not be represented as SGF BIS, ISO or NABL accreditation.
7. Intellectual property and submissions
Website design, copy, graphics and SGF branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You confirm that you have authority to share any drawings or files and permit their use to respond to your request.
8. Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SGF does not warrant uninterrupted operation or completeness of preliminary content and is not responsible for decisions made without required professional review.
9. Privacy and changes
Information is handled under the Privacy policy and cookie choices under the Cookie policy. These terms may be updated when the service or legal framework changes.
